Just curious
A workshop is a few hours, needs no experience, and asks nothing of you but attendance. Most people start here.
As an accredited EFT practitioner, facilitator, EFT International Master Trainer, and Mentor, Anita is passionate about helping people discover the transformative benefits of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Whether you are seeking personal growth, emotional wellbeing, or professional training, Anita offers expert guidance in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Level 1 is the foundation. Plenty of people take it purely for their own use and go no further, which is a perfectly good reason to be there.
Level 2 is the full practitioner training, Level 3 refines it, and mentoring supports you towards accreditation.
The three levels are taken in order. Level 1 is the foundation and is open to anyone. Level 2 is the full practitioner training and assumes Level 1. Level 3 is advanced practitioner training and assumes Level 2 with real practice behind it.
Being an EFT International Master Trainer means Anita is accredited to teach the whole pathway rather than part of it. Being an accredited EFTi mentor means she can also walk alongside you afterwards, while you work towards accreditation of your own.
Nobody has to plan the whole route in advance. Most people take one thing, see how it sits, and decide from there.
“Whether you are looking for one-to-one support, an introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques, professional practitioner training, or mentoring towards EFT International accreditation, Anita is committed to helping you achieve your personal and professional goals with knowledge, compassion, and experience.”
