Whether you are seeking personal growth, emotional wellbeing, or professional training, Anita offers expert guidance in a supportive and compassionate environment.
Wanting it for yourself and your family
Level 1 is the foundation. Plenty of people take it purely for their own use and go no further, which is a perfectly good reason to be there.
Wanting to practise professionally
Level 2 is the full practitioner training, Level 3 refines it, and mentoring supports you towards accreditation.
How the pathway works
The three levels are taken in order. Level 1 is the foundation and is open to anyone. Level 2 is the full practitioner training and assumes Level 1. Level 3 is advanced practitioner training and assumes Level 2 with real practice behind it.
Being an EFT International Master Trainer means Anita is accredited to teach the whole pathway rather than part of it. Being an accredited EFTi mentor means she can also walk alongside you afterwards, while you work towards accreditation of your own.
Nobody has to plan the whole route in advance. Most people take one thing, see how it sits, and decide from there.

EFT International training
The full professional pathway, taken in order, from a first foundation course to advanced practitioner training. Throughout, the emphasis is not simply on learning a technique, but on developing presence, compassion and an understanding of the person behind the emotion.
EFT Level 1
An introduction to EFT, providing the foundations to use the technique safely and effectively for yourself, family, and friends.

A comprehensive practitioner training that develops confidence, skills, and professional competence for working with clients.

Advanced practitioner training designed to refine techniques, deepen understanding, and support ongoing professional development.

Ongoing classes and gatherings

Questions about training
Do I need any experience with EFT before booking a session or a workshop?
No. No previous experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to explore a gentle approach to emotional wellbeing.
Can I learn EFT for myself, rather than have a session?
Yes. The Introduction to EFT workshop is designed for anyone curious about the technique, and the EFT International pathway runs from Level 1 through to advanced Level 3 practitioner training.
Do I need experience before taking EFT training?
Not for Level 1, which is open to anyone. Level 2 assumes Level 1, and Level 3 assumes Level 2. The pathway is taken in order.
