What it is
Heart of Understanding is an eight-day immersive course offering an opportunity to explore yourself at a deeper level. It is not simply a course to be studied. It is an experience to be lived.
Over the eight days, we create space to explore our emotions, beliefs, patterns and the stories we carry, often unconsciously, and begin to recognise how these can influence the way we experience ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
Through awareness, compassion and the principles of LiberatingTouch, we begin to meet ourselves differently. Rather than judging or fighting what we discover, we learn to listen. To soften. To understand. And, where we are ready, to let go.
Heart of Understanding is ultimately a journey towards a deeper relationship with yourself and with the wisdom of your own heart.
