What it is
An introduction to the foundations of EFT and an opportunity to begin using this practical approach for personal self-help and emotional wellbeing.
Level 1 is open to anyone. Many people take it purely for their own use and go no further, which is a perfectly good reason to be there.
Taught by Anita, an EFT International Master Trainer.
