What it is
An introduction to the foundations of EFT, providing what you need to use the technique safely and effectively for yourself, family, and friends, and an opportunity to begin using this practical approach for personal self-help and emotional wellbeing.
Level 1 is open to anyone. Many people take it purely for their own use and go no further, which is a perfectly good reason to be there.
Taught by Anita, an EFT International accredited Master Trainer.
